Thank you to everyone who reached out. The response to our Warm Hug Package has been overwhelming, and our small team has been inundated with work and is unable to keep up.

We received a large number of requests and worked hard to send out as many packages as we could. However, we are halting fulfillment of all past and future requests until further notice. This includes requests that have already been submitted but have not yet shipped.
